Kamogawa Artist

Am still working on that Japan trip post, even though it's been a half a year since I took that trip I want to stuff all the good snaps into one post, and that will require me to sift through some 2500 photos, edit them, and upload them.
In the meantime, here's the full image of the picture I use for my blog's banner. Taken early in the morning along the Kamogawa in Kyoto, Japan.

Snapped by my Japanese school. It was hard to believe while taking this picture that the centre of Vancouver's worst neighbourhood which is known for it's drug culture, homeless presence and violence, is just two blocks from where I was standing.
